Solmates is very pleased to announce its most recent equipment deal with the National Institute for Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics (INFLPR) in Bucharest, Romania. INFLPR has a long history and an impressive track record when it comes to the use of PLD for thin film synthesis of different materials, therefore we are very proud to include INFLPR in the Solmates family.
The fully automated 200 mm Solmates SMP platform will be used to support industry relevant material research projects at INFLPR. As the institute is currently opening the doors of their completely new cleanroom facility, Solmates is happy to be amongst the first suppliers to start equipment installation in 2021.
